At present, the development trend of small and medium-sized private enterprise staff training work, some enterprises have realized the importance of training, but in the implementation process, but a simple choice of direct copy of foreign enterprise training method, no combination of enterprise actual needs, do not take into account the economic, political, cultural and other environmental differences, resulting in less than satisfactory training. Some enterprises have not realized the real value of enterprise staff training, operators pay more attention to enterprise development, while ignoring the quality of the staff, the ability of continuous training to improve, resulting in the construction of enterprise talent team gradually with the enterprise management, the normal development of the enterprise.The Rafi company employee training management system as the research object, through the description of the company staff training to carry out the situation, the problems which exist in the mining and analysis lead to problems of various reasons, combined with the modern enterprise human resources training management theory, through literature research, visiting investigation method, the system proposed by the company training management system to improve the program. This paper is divided into 5 chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, main research content and using in the course of the study, the main research methods; the second chapter on the basic status overview of the company, to analyze and describe the status of the current reliance company employee training management system, the main contents including duties, procedures and implementation, and points out existing problems in the process of the operation of the system, including the contents of design is simple, the implementation of training plan is not rigorous, organization and implementation of executive power is not high, the training effect evaluation is not comprehensive and system and the lack of effective incentive measures, and to analyze the causes of the problem, summarized for the positioning of the training work is not accurate enough, the perfect training system is not established as the effect of pressure support and guarantee cost control, the company’s larger, training personnel’s own ability needs to be improved in four aspects; The third chapter is the analysis of the second chapter the problems and causes based on the improved scheme, proposed the training management system of the company, including the principle of reliance, basic framework and program content, put forward to improve its reliance company staff training management system needs to adhere to the strategic principle, adaptability principle, comprehensive principle, system oriented principle, the principle of occupation career development to build the basic framework of the system, and at the same time, review staff training management processes, training needs, develop to describe five aspects of planning, organization and implementation, evaluation, information management detailed steps, and clear the main contents of the system, including the division of responsibilities, time management, leave management, management, funds Management Lecturer the 5 part; the fourth chapter is based on third chapter put forward the safeguard measures of improvement scheme of human resources training system Ruilian company, proposed the establishment of a scientific management system of human resources and create a good training environment, which creates a good training environment requires further create respect knowledge, respect talent, strengthen the enterprise internal environment teachers team construction company, Training achievement transformation environment and strengthen the training and management skills specific work content; the last part of this paper is the conclusion, summarize Rafi company training system improvement work as worthy of our country small and medium-sized private enterprises training management reform reference learning. It is pointed out that China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises reform its management training, and provided necessary staff training system perfect should be security measures based on the company’s strategic direction, based on the actual situation of the company is based, fully embodies the system and comprehensive, insist on the training demand for goal oriented and give full consideration to the needs of individual employees, complete the research work.
