During the running of DNMC Software projects,Schdule out of control are often happened. It maybe leads to projects failure. It is very necessary that we evaluate software size and control schedule effective. And also it is one of early important tache and essential projects management content. How to control the software projects and control all-process according to the base of good Requirements elicitation and Evaluation size is a very necessary title to research and very usefully to DNMC Software projects in the future.Based on the characteristics and questions of DNMC Software projects,this paper mainly summarized the model of Software projects lifecycle. Discussed the requirements elicitation ways with Use-Case Driven,analyzed the workflow and administrative levels of requirements,summarized the normal ways and process to Use-Case Driven. Analyzed an indirect method and model to evaluate the project size in requirement analysis based on system design,researched on Function point analysis(FPA) according to Use-Case,it is evaluated the project function according to completed work. Researched the recognition and analysis methods of schedule deviation, This paper has analyzed the recognition and analysis methods of the schedule deviation. Simultaneously, it has also suggested that the Network chart with double time-axes should be applied in the course of the recognition and analysis for schedule deviation. Studied on schedule optimization aim at achieving the optimal goals by least additional resources,disscussed from transferring the critical path, suggested a schedule optimization algorithm through transferring partial resource of un-critical activities to the critical activities. The achievement in the research has been put into use to the DNMC performance evaluation management system. It has been preliminarily proved effective.
