Project Schedule Management Of Bank Clerk Online Response System

As the complexity of the project and business requirements is constantly improving,the project management is becoming more complicated.Project schedule management is the core content of project management,so a reasonable project schedule is an important factor to ensure the successful implementation of the project.In the process of software development,the accuracy of project estimation and prediction have been influenced by a variety of complex factors,such as requirement change,technology level of project team member,resource constraints and schedule constraints factors etc,project progress is often difficult to be controlled.So the study of software project scheduling and control methods let us to planning and monitoring software project effectively,it has great significance for the smooth implementation of the software project.According to the bank teller real-time response system as the object,I analyzed the project combining with the knowledge of project management and schedule management.Under the standard CMMI process management,I finished whole work structure decomposition and detailed work breakdown structure,drew whole network diagram and detailed network diagram drawing,determined the critical path of the project,using the function point count method and experience method I estimated project duration and resource.According to the estimation results I mad project schedule and tracked project implementation details to compare the difference between the actual and planned progress,found out difference,adjusted the schedule arrangement,improve and optimize the schedule.At last,this paper analyzed the deviations causes of the project progress schedule,it is used critical path method in the first coding stage,I improved project schedule by using the adjustment of personnel allocation and delaying requirement change development time in project mid-term examination according to the actual progress of the project.In the second stage of the project,I used the critical chain path method to set buffer time,such as requirements change buffer,holiday buffer etc,it could be effectively alleviated the resource balance problem,corrected the error in the project schedule,ensured the project is completed on time.
