W company is a company with a history of more than 80 years,focusing on the production and sales of plant protein drinks.In the past,W company has adopted a relatively primary method for project management,but this Wuhan base opening ceremony project is a project that needs to be completed by many parties.Due to the lack of similar project experience of W company,if the project team continues to use the previous method of holding enterprise activities,it may not guarantee the smooth completion of the project.The project team is eager to find out the scientific method of project management,so that the project can be successfully completed according to the plan,and at the same time,the work of project team members can be carried out in an orderly manner,so as to minimize overtime.Therefore,the project team proposes to prepare the project with the method of project schedule management,that is,to make the project schedule with the idea and method of project management,and to control the schedule in the implementation process.In the aspect of making project schedule,firstly,determine the composition of project team members,secondly,decompose project work tasks with WBS method based on time division,and decompose the work to be completed in each stage one by one to get the work links to be completed.Then,it analyzes the logical relationship between the front and back of each work link,estimates the construction period of each work link,draws the project network diagram and the project Gantt chart,obtains the critical path and the project milestone plan,and obtains the total construction period from the sum of the duration of the work link on the critical path.At the same time,consider the time risk management of the project.Risk analysis method(RBS)is used to identify project risks according to the key points and difficulties of each stage,and then different risk response methods such as avoidance,mitigation,transfer and acceptance are used to reduce time risk.In the aspect of schedule control,the project can be implemented smoothly according to the plan by tracking the implementation progress of the project,sorting out and analyzing the weekly report data,and taking corrective and adjustment measures.Project team members report progress projects in the form of weekly reports.PM focuses on tracking and supervising the implementation of activities on the critical path to ensure that the activities are completed as planned.Due to different degrees of delay caused by insufficient control of the project,we will use the mobilization of human resources to assist and modify the order process to shorten the delivery time,and increase member communication through clear division of labor to achieve the project effect.Finally,the preparatory phase of the project was completed on March 16,2018.With the efforts of all members of the project team,the opening ceremony of Wuhan base was successfully held and concluded,and received unanimous praise from all parties.The successful holding of Wuhan base opening ceremony project proves that it is feasible to use the knowledge and technology of project management to hold large-scale enterprise activities.It is scientific and effective to make the project plan and control the implementation schedule by using the project management knowledge and technology,which is an important method to ensure the smooth completion of the project and the completion quality of the project.
