Construction Enterprise's Core Competitiveness Evaluation Index System

With the international environment of china's entering WTO, and the impact of the market economy, all the corporations are under the pressure of rigorous market competition. It is urgent and realistic for corporations to meet the challenge of rigorous market competition. Because the very key for construction corporations to exist and develop is to gain the projects, and public bidding has become the important source for them to gain the projects, so corporations who aim to win in the market have to cater to their customers.Based on the requirement from customers and the requirement indicator, the research depends on the fact that'to cater to more requirement from customers for construction corporations gain more strong core competence to competent'. Choosing the requirement indicator from municipal fundamental engineering business market's customers in Beijing, the research began with the customers'requirement as primary data. Using the SPSS13.0 software, the data analysis and factor analysis accomplished, and six capability complications and coefficients have been discovered. It develops a construction corporation core competence indicator model, and brings forward a scientific way for an external assessment. The model has been validated by a positive case.In addition, aiming at the dynamic market and the developing corporations,this thesis also analyzes the dynamic core competence indicator assessment system of construction corporations。Finally,it gives some objective advice to the users and researchers based on the limitation of the sample.
