With the increasing concern about the energy crisis, environment protection and national energy security, the development of clean energy is becoming a global trend. Electricity generation with biological materials, one type of electricity generation via direct burning, is currently widely used. Being a mature industry in developed countries, electricity generation with biological materials is now in its growth stage in China and has great potential. It is a big challenge for enterprises to seize a favorable position in this emerging industry. This article aims at helping related enterprises clarify their market positions in the industry, choose appropriates development strategies, and particularly public relation strategies.First, this article introduces the concept of recyclable energies, as well as the different categories of recyclable energies. On the basis of description of current situation of agricultural straws in China and the technology development in the world, the necessity and feasibility of electricity generation with biological materials in China is analyzed.Second, with the help of SWOT analysis tool and public relation theory, the threats, opportunities, strengths and weakness of company A are analyzed and its market leader position is made clear.Finally, we analyzed the public relation strategies of company A in elaborating the applications and effectiveness of various PR tools such as news reports and events marketing. The future strategic plans of company A are illustrated at last.
