The competition among the enterprises, is fundamentally the competition of the human resources, the human resources is one of the decisive elements of the enterprises to achieve their operating targets. The performance appraisal is one of the most meaningful technologies in human resources management, it is the powerful tool to strengthen the cohesive force of the enterprise ,set up the team consciousness, improve the staff achievements continuouesly; it is an important mechanism that helps the enterprises to carry on the control which realizes their strategic targets and systems. Through the staff performance appraisal, it may realize the dynamic match among the staff, the work and the enterprise, it also provides manager the decision-making basis of employee's demand of development, promotion, raising salary, fire, post convert, training plan etc.Because of the antinomy between the employee and the enterprise as well as the need of the management, the staff performance appraisal system may be taken precedence over all others in human-resourse system both at present and in the future. On the one hand, how to establish a set of scientific and effective performance appraisal system, according to the modern theory, is the heart of performance appraisal. But on the other hand, the system is also the most difficult part of designing and operating for the enterprise .Therefore, studying the design of the staff performance appraisal system is extremely beneficial. Therefore, I take the construction of performance appraisal system as the direction of my study.The purpose of the thesis is to design a set of relatively scientific performance appraisal system for LZ company as the criteria of effective management in order to avoid the deficiencies of the present performance appraisal as far as possible, arouse managers' enthusiasm, activity and creativity, improve organizations' efficiency and realize the organizations' objectives.
