Ningbo Regional Economic Effects Of Radiation Research

The development of regional economics shows that city issues and the relationship between cities and their regions have been the research focus. Cities and central cities in particular are the economic Grow Pole, and therefore are playing more and more importantly in the national economic development. Under the theoretic framework of regional economics, this paper studies the regional effect issue of the central city in its economic region, and analyzes Ningbo city as the example. Based on the theoretical framework and logical system of regional economics, this paper conducts an in-depth theoretical analysis and data research, and studies Ningbo's role in Zhejiang Region, with its role and function in Yangtze River Delta Zone as background.This study flows the step-by-step method, combines micro and macro content. The main jobs of this paper are:(1)This paper theoretically analyses the regional effect of central city economic development: it builds a theoretical framework to offer the theoretical basis for the Ningbo regional study. Based on this, this paper raises the index measurement system for central city. This measurement system sets up 3 tier-one index: quantity, traffic and quality. Under them, 10 tier-2 index and 34 tier-3 index are set. These indexes are employed in the horizontal and vertical comparisons between Ningbo and surrounding cities.(2) This paper builds and analyzes the comparison model of Ningbo regional economic increase. 6 cities in northeast Zhejiang are compared by studying the different periods of 1983, 1993, and 2003. Ningbo's economic status in its zone was determined by this model.(3) This paper proposes that, Ningbo as the central city of Zhejiang, poses magnificent radiation effect, both positively and negatively.(4) At the end of this paper, conclusive summary and brief restatement was made.Domestic regional economics study mainly focuses on regional development and urbanization.
