Experienced employees resign and new employees arrive. It is a substitution. At most of time this kind of substitution means replacing some low-quality employees. And by means of substitution, creativity, flexibility and adaptability of the employees are all improved. But it works on condition that the proportion of resignation is reasonable. However, if the proportion of the fix-term employees' resignation or job hopping is too high, it will surely threaten the development of the corporation.Zhumadian branch of China Mobile Group Henan Corporation is developing rapidly. And now it is faced with a serious problem that the proportion of the fix-term employees' resignation is high. Based on this background I analyze and make research on this problem thoroughly in this paper.First, I briefly introduce the division of the telecommunication from 1999 and the great progress that China Mobile Corporation has made. Under such fast-developing situation, Zhumadian branch employed a great number of fix-term employees. And it followed that the high proportion of resignation and job hopping appeared. According to this phenomenon, I put forward the background and practical significance of studying the high proportion of the fix-term employees' resignation. In the second chapter I analyze deeply the reasons why the fix-term employees resign. And in the third chapter I state the negative effects that this phenomenon will make on Zhumadian branch. In the fourth chapter I introduce the manage current situation of fix-term employees. In the fifth chapter, I carefully elaborate how to bring down the proportion by taking various measures in an effective way.With the analysis and summary above, I hope the measures and solutions put forward in the paper can be helpful to bring down the proportion of the fix-term employees' resignation in a way.
