Whether Industrial relations, as the most basic and important social relations is harmonious and stabilization or not affect the harmony of the whole society in politics, economy and culture. The state of seriously unharmonious industrial relations may influence a nation's economy development and its international competitiveness.The events of strike and collective resignation caused by unharmonious industrial relations not only bring unnecessary and unestimated loss to private enterprises, but also influence constructing socialist harmonious society in our county. With the deepening of China's market economy, private enterprises have got fast development in our country. Under the influence of strong capital and weak labor force situation, private enterprises neglect employee's rights to share in profit in our county, which results in the problem of industrial relations more and more obvious now. Dealing with the problems of private enterprises' industrial relations appropriately and seeking the methods to solve the problems in our country are very important to building up harmonious private enterprises' industrial relations and promote the development of private enterprises in our country. So this dissertation based on theory of industrial relations, integrated with present industrial relations in our country and developed country's experience analyse how to build up harmonious private enterprises' industrial relations in our country now.The first part is exordium. This part mainly introduces the background of selecting topic, thoughts and framework of my research. The second part dissertate the concept of industrial relations and the theory research of industrial relations. This part is theory support of this dissertation. The following two parts discuss industrial relations character of different periods and the problems of private enterprises' industrial relations in our country. This two parts mainly discuss research environment of this dissertation. The fifth part mainly introduces the modes and experiences of international dealing with industrial relations. We hope to provide the experiences for building up harmonious industrial relations of private enterprises in China, through the research of this part. The sixth part of the dissertation narrates the practices of Chinese private enterprises' building up harmonious industrial relations. I use HD Company as a case to introduce the experience of private enterprises' dealing with the harmonious industrial relations in our country.In the end, the dissertation dissertate the importance of building up harmonic industrial relations in our country, and provides some advice on how to build up harmonic industrial relations from the government and private enterprises' points.
