Rural Farmers' Associations To The Development Of Governance Research

As a nonprofit organization, peasant association is a very important style. In the preface of the thesis, we give the summary of the peasant association from history and different styles. Then we give an example of Puzhou peasant association in Yong Ji city, Shanxi province, whose complexity is different with the specialty of the other special or technical association. According to the development process and the analysis of the internal organization & mechanism, we get the special characters of the sample. The achievements are affirmed, and the experience is introduced. From the view of the subject of public administration, we give the academic analysis of the reason than why the peasant association came into being. We analyze the peasant association not only by using knowledge of Management, but from the eyesight of politics economy. Then we give another analysis of the reason of existing problem and also give some countermeasures. For the long development, According to questions how Pu zhou peasant association carry on the projects with a mechanism, how the 'all wins' can be realized, what the differences between the example and the peasant organizations in other places of our country are, whether the experience of the Pu zhou peasant association can be used for reference, then how to adjust measures to local conditions, we give a suggestion that the peasant organizations should develop themselves in terms of the local characters.
