Taking advantageous of the original resources ,a modern club appears in city .It includes a golf practicing range with international standard, restaurants, swinging pool, etc.This paper emphasis on the marketing probing of club .Because it take great different with the others clubs in Guiyang .The traditional club supply coffee, tea, drinking .beverage etc. For Tiallai .golf, tennis, delicious dish are the part of the club .At present .Tianlai club is the second club in the part of whole investments.The writer analysis the conditions of marketing competition, marketing characters and marketing challenges. Meanwhile, on consideration of competitors .analysis the Tianlia club development range with compares of the others clubs by use of SWOT analyze approach .The investment conditions .natural environments .society conditions and technology conditions are the necessary aspects to get the conclusion.Therefore, the Tianlai club need pay much attention to customer touch points .grasping the direction of consuming is equal to get the marketing opportunities. And the prices strategy .production strategy and sales approach all supply a good market for Tianlai club.
