County Tourism Supply Structure And Adjust The Countermeasures

The tourism industry has intense impetus function to the region economy and society development, so many countries and areas take it as a key industry. If one wants to keep the region tourism in a sustainable development, he must use the environment and resources reasonably, optimize the structure of traveling supplies and improve the ability of traveling supplies and increase the competitive power of the traveling products.Since the beginning of the 21 century, our country has greatly encouraged the development of village traveling and tried to promote new countries'construction by developing the village traveling which can resolve the questions of"agriculture, country and peasants"and advance the suburb economy. In 2006 the National Tourism Administration decided traveling subject as" Chinese village traveling" which has further stimulated village traveling development. Through the research of the structure of traveling supplies, the county territory can discuss the way to display the area superiority and build the reasonable and competitive traveling supplies of county territory which are very important to the development of the county territory traveling.On the basis of the traveling destination, this paper has analyzed the structure of traveling supplies of county territory. For the first time, the writer has proposed that the county territory traveling supplies could develop in three stages, appraised the supplying environment and analyzed the time sequence structure, the region structure and the product structure of traveling supplies. With the SWOT analytic method, fuzzy synthesis judgment model and multi-disciplinary generalized analysis, it has carried on the quantitative analysis to the county territory traveling supplies structure. Taking Ju County as the example, the writer has proposed the corresponding development strategy. So the article not only has the instructive function to the structural adjustment of traveling supplies of county territory in theory, but also has the value in practice.This article can be divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction. This part has introduced the topic background, the traveling products, the traveling supplies structure and some of the basic concept simply and discriminated the traveling supplies structure and the traveling product structure. According to it, the writer has proposed that the traveling supplies structure cannot be equal to the traveling product structure simply. After reviewing domestic and foreign study on the traveling supplies structure, the writer has proposed the research methods, pointed out that the article is very important for the research of the traveling market competition, for the promotion to the tourism sustainable development of county territory and for the balance of traveling supply and raveling demand of county territory.The second, third and fourth parts are the main body of the paper. It has analyzed the development phases of county territory traveling supplies , traveling supplies environment and structural characteristics. The writer has proposed the traveling supplies development's three stages of county territory and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each stage. It has pointed out the interior and exterior influences to the traveling supplies environment of county territory. With the SWOT analytic method to appraise the traveling supplies environment of county territory, it has analyzed the time sequence structure, the region structure and the product structure of traveling supplies and used the fuzzy synthesis judgment model to carry on the quantitative analysis to the region structure and elaborated the concrete steps of model judgment.The third part takes Ju County , Shandong Province as the example to make the concrete elaboration to the analysis of the structure of f traveling supplies. First, the writer has carried on the judgment to the development phases of traveling supplies of Ju County.Then the writer has utilized the SWOT analytic method to analyze the Ju County's traveling supplies environment. Finally the writer has analyzed the time sequence structure, the region structure and the product structure of traveling supplies of Ju County and then used the fuzzy synthesis judgment model to appraise the traveling supply abilities of seven famous traveling regions in Ju County.Based on the former analysis to Ju County, the fourth part has proposed the corresponding strategies to the future traveling supplies structure adjustment of Ju County. First, we should improve the environment of traveling in Ju County. Second, we should strengthen the traveling regional planning of Ju County, optimize the spatial structure of traveling supplies, excavate the Ju County's traveling product connotation and optimize the combination of traveling products. Finally we should develop the traveling market positively to coordinate traveling dislocation development between the core region and the peripheral region.
