In recent years, high-skilled talents in our country have been gradually increasing. But their development still lags behind the demand of economic development, which has brought about some negative impacts. Therefore, it is urgent for us to study the problems of high-skilled talents in order to meet the needs of economic development. This dissertation applies the non-equilibrium analysis of economics to study the problems about high-skilled talents, so it has some theoretical significance. Meanwhile, this research will offer some practical help in enhancing vocational training, improving skill identification and promoting vocational options. The research route of this dissertation is as follows: the background and significance of the topic selectionâ†'literature reviewâ†'the imbalance of demand and supply of high-skilled talents and its trendâ†'reason analysisâ†'countermeasures for solving the problems. The five chapters the dissertation contains are: the first chapter is exordium which introduces the background and significance of the topic, literature review, research methodology, research contents and framework, the possible innovations and shortcomings of the research. The second chapter defines the concept of high-skilled talents, and briefly describes their characteristics, status and roles. The third chapter analyzes the phenomenon of unbalanced supply and demand of high-skilled talents in our country, the dissertation adopts the seasonal adjustment method and HP filter method to analyze the trends of supply and demand of high-skilled talents in cities. And it also predicts this trend by using extrapolation method. The research indicates that there exists an imbalance of supply and demand of high-skilled talents, and the imbalance will continue. The fourth chapter discusses the reasons why the imbalance of high-skilled talents occurs from the demand and supply perspectives, the reasons are that there is a strong demand for high-skilled talents, and at the same time their supply is apparently deficient. The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures which can be used to solve the imbalance problems, the countermeasures are as follows: to enlarge the store of future high-skilled talents, to quicken the cultivation and evaluation of high-skilled talents and to steady the troop of high-skilled talents. The dissertation tries to pop out the following characteristics:(1)in research method, this dissertation applies X12 seasonal adjustment method and HP filter method to eliminate seasonal factors, irregular factors and cyclical factors of time series in supply and demand of high-skilled talents. And then trend factors of time series can be obtained. Such study is barely seen in China's theoretical fields. (2) in content: on the one hand, this dissertation predicts short trends of supply and demand of high-skilled talents ;on the other hand, it analyzes the reasons why the imbalance of demand and supply of high-skilled talents from two perspectives.
