At present, the world economic situation is not optimistic, is in the adjustment phase of the economic development cycle, the situation is not very optimistic. By the world economic environment, China’s economy is inevitably in the recovery phase of economic growth, such as economic structure is to be adjusted, the need to change the economic growth mode, the market demand is not enough and other difficult issues, China’s economic development has entered a big background of the economic development, as the state-owned mining enterprises in the nonferrous industry how to adapt to this new economic situation, the initiative will be a big challenge. To achieve long-term stable development of enterprises, effective human resource management will be the first key factor.In the human resource management system, especially in the nonferrous metal industry, the quality of high skilled personnel training will be the most important and related to the long-term development of enterprises.This thesis is sought by the domestic and foreign literature review, summary, learning, analysis, from the relevant elements of the human resources management system as a whole to explore how to build a better nonferrous mines of high skilled personnel training system, use of systemic thinking, from existing nonferrous mineral mountain high skilled personnel training status and problems of constructive strategies are put forward, reference nonferrous industry advanced high skilled personnel training experience, combined with W mines the talents with high skill deficiencies and cultivation of the pattern, is proposed to w mines of high skilled personnel training mode, to achieve the purpose of the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. This is also the purpose of writing this paper.
