Farmers Co-operation To Participate In The Study Of Behavioral Problems,

Farmer cooperative organizations was an important reforming after the rural households' family contract responsibility system. It has played important roles in improving the degree of organization, advancing industrialization of the agriculture, increasing peasants' income and so on. Farmer cooperative organizations have been developing quickly since 1980th. But some difficulties still exist. The most important problem is that the ratio of the peasants participation in the farmer cooperative organizations is very low. In the condition of the market economy, farmers should be the principal part of the farmer cooperative organizations ultimately. The development of the farmer cooperative organizations should respect farmers' desires, and should satisfy farmers' demands. Therefore, it is very important for us to study the behaviors of the farmers' cooperation's and find out the factors of the farmer's participation the farmer cooperative organizations.This paper starts with the summarizing of the farmer cooperative organizations and do theoretical analysis on the reason that farmers taking part in the farmer cooperative organizations. And it designs the questionnaire survey and chooses the farmers in Jiangsu provinces for investigation. Based on the questionnaire survey of farmers, it uses SPSS11.5 which is a kind of software for statistics and analysis, does positive research on farmers' behavior on the farmer's participation the farmer cooperative organizations, and finds out the main factors of the farmers who take part in the farmer cooperative organizations or not. At last, concludes some policies that base on the investigation data. The paper is comprised of the following five parts:In the first part, the author explains some questions briefly, such as the background and the meaning of this paper, the content of this research and so on.In the second part, this paper makes a brief review on the literatures about the farmer behaviors and the factors that affect farmer to join in the farmer cooperative organizations. These found a theory basic for following positive study.In the third part, it mainly includes a theoretical analyze model of the behavior decision of peasants taking part in the farmer cooperative organizations, and the theoretical hypothesis of the factors that affect the behaviors.In the fourth part, the author utilizes the investigation data to demonstrate about theory that with the third part.In the fifth part, according to the analyses above, the paper draws a conclusion, and puts forward several suggestions to develop the farmer cooperative organizations.
