Globalization and regional economic conglomerating has formed the situation nowadays.Under the background of such international economy, East Asian regional cooperation hasentered a new stage and Northeast Asian economic cooperation develops furtherly. In thisarea, the economic cooperation between two core country China and Japan has been muchimportant. For adjoining at location and economic complementarities, various cooperationhas been carried out between two countries. Sub-region economic cooperation between localgovernment and popular enterprise has become important. Complementarities in producingelement offers the foundation of economic cooperation between Shandong province andJapan. The cooperation needs to develop furtherly.Firstly, the thesis introduces the theory of economic diplomacy between China and Japanand analyses respective economy diplomacy strategy and economic relation under the frameof East Asian regional economic cooperation.
