Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Lingdan Line Transportation Enterprise

With the advent of economic globalization, China’s logistics industry has achieved rapid development in recent years, a plenty of logistics companies no matter lager or small have sprung up all over China. However, Enterprise’s own ability is insufficient and too fast development speed does not match. The sundries special line freight transport market is particularly significant, "small, weak, scattered and poor "present situation of the enterprise makes the whole logistics market is in disorder, and this market needs to be improved immediately.For this reason, this paper was intended to draw on existing the sundries special line freight transport research results, to establish a scientific and complete set of sundries special line freight transport enterprise service quality evaluation index system. Through the evaluation system on the sundries special line freight transport company differentiated levels, to distinguish some of the lack of competitiveness of small green logistics enterprises, guiding and regulating the industry to modern logistics development purposes.This paper first reviews the evaluation on service quality of logistics enterprise research at home and abroad, and describes the related theories. Then, sundries special line freight transport mode of transportation and industry services quality is analyzed, which allows us to better understand the main factors that affect the sundries special line freight transport enterprise service quality. Combined with the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, as well as questionnaires, to filter the primary indicators, thus establishing the sundries special line freight transport enterprise service quality evaluation index system. Subsequently, the article combined weight method for determining weights, using Likert scale survey method to quantify the qualitative indicators to evaluate enterprises, and finally application of TOPSIS method is posting progress by enterprise service quality assessment and that determine is enterprise level assessment.
