In recent years,labor disputes in the construction industry frequently occur and thus the problem of labor relations management is prominent.Therefore,construction enterprises are receiving more and more rigorous supervision from government departments,and labor relations management has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.Choosing construction Company T as a representative construction enterprise to study,this paper finds out the main problems existing in the management of labor relations in the company,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the management of labor relations,aiming to reduce labor disputes and build harmonious labor relations in the company.Based on the relative theories of labor relations management,the author firstly interviews the managers to understand the current situation of labor relations management in the company,and then conducts a questionnaire survey among the front-line grass-roots workers to find out the main problems and related influencing factors of labor relations management in the company from the "employee perspective".Finally,from the “social perspective”,the labor dispute cases in recent years have been sorted out to analyze the employment risks of the labor relations management in the company.Applying the three methods of interview,questionnaire and case study,the author carries out a complete exposition of the labor relations management problems in this construction company and makes an in-depth analysis on the reasons behind.The results of the study show that there are four main problems in the company: lack of employment management behind the diversification of employment forms,frequent wage disputes and industrial injury disputes,poor communication channels and lack of flexibility in management system,and obstacles to the sustainable development of the workforce.In the end,this paper puts forward the management countermeasures of labor relations in the company according to the four influencing factors of establishing harmonious labor relations: to strengthen the labor employment management and labor contract management to promote the harmonious relationship of the concerned people,to strengthen the wage payment management and labor security management to promote the harmony of interest regulation,to improve the labor dispute adjustment and the democratic interaction system to promote the harmony of the rights distribution,and then to implement the workers' growth plan to promote the harmony of sustainable development.The main problems existing in the management of the company's labor relations are to be solved from the above four aspects to realize the goal of creating harmonious labor relations.This study reveals the problems faced by construction companies and the countermeasures to solve the problems,which has enlightenment and reference significance for similar enterprises.What's worth especial attention is that the measurements of bringing all the workers in the project site into labor management,labor contract management,payment of wages,payment of industrial injury insurance and unifying dispute mediation have further enriched the theory of labor relations management with the characteristics of construction industry.
