Evaluation And Empirical Research On Cigarette Distribution Logistics Based On Green Logistics

Once the concept of green logistics was proposed, it got a lot of attention of all walks of life. Green logistics is a relative concept, Any enterprise can claim for the green as long as it made some effort in “green”, the cause of this kind of information asymmetry mainly is the lack of a proper evaluation standard, so the evaluation standard should be as a important content of the green development. After more than a decade of the tobacco logistics development, it has made many significant achievements, but with the depending of the development, the tobacco logistics enterprises are facing increasing pressure, among them, how to realize the coordinated development among economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits is one of the biggest problems facing the current tobacco industry.In order to solve the above issues, Based on the “green” as the center, this paper carried out a evaluation research on the green degree of cigarette distribution logistics.By the research on the “green” degree of this part, I want to raise the industry's awareness and emphasis on green logistics, thus realize the green of the whole tobacco logistics system.The paper launches the research from four aspects.The first part is theoretical research. Through the theoretical research, I cleared the meaning of the research, and mastered the development situation and the characteristics of the green logistics,distribution logistics and tobacco logistics, I also got the connotation of the green smoke logistics, it beds a good foundation for the evaluation standard construction of the next step.The second step is to build the evaluation index system, Through index primary,questionnaire survey and index screening of three steps, starting from efficiency performance, environmental performance, economic performance and staff performance of four dimensions, under which I selected twenty tertiary indicators, finally I got a evaluation index system.The third aspect is the construction of evaluation model, in the process of the construction of the evaluation model, it mainly relates to two parts, one is the selection of empowerment method, the other is the choosing of comprehensive evaluation method,by comparing several commonly used methods, I finally chose to combine entropy weight method and matter-element analysis method to construct the evaluation mode.The last aspect is the empirical analysis, This paper takes four distribution centers of Chongqing tobacco logistics company, and I carried out an evaluation on its green degree,then I obtained the green degree level of every distribution center in each concrete index and the enterprises' overall green degree level, based on the evaluation result, I provided several effective suggestions.
