With the changes in the global economic environment and a gradual opening of China's life insurance industry, more and more foreign life insurance companies enter the market of China insurance. Regulation of market, and product the structure of market and customer has undergone great changes in the market environment. Behind the rapid development, Chinese Life Insurance Company has exposed its own problems in the business strategy. In the background of foreign life insurance companies gradually landing in the Chinese market, analysis of the current business strategy has guiding significance for the future development of Chinese Life Insurance Company. In the face of foreign companies China's life insurance companies should change their operating model from extensive to intensive management business as soon as possible to respond to the rapidly changing industry and market environment and foreign life insurance companies.This paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter introduces the international and domestic development of the life insurance market. Marketing is the changing pattern and expounded on China's life insurance companies. The second chapter introduces the life insurance companies' operating system strategy for the entire system, discusses the formulation of a strategy for the life insurance business and focuses on the characteristics of the life insurance companies. The third chapter regards Chinese life insurance companies as example. The China Life Insurance Company is divided into three levels. The paper gives each level of generality of the life insurance companies operating strategy for detailed analysis, including the competitive advantages and disadvantages and foreign life insurance companies operating strategy for analysis and forecasting. There are still many shortcomings in the operating model based on the extensive mode of China Life Insurance Companies. The fourth chapter of this article gives suggestions. China's life insurance companies in the face of foreign companies should speed up the transformation of models of operation including institutional innovations,innovations of types, application of information technology to support theday-to-day management and services and the development and training of high-quality professionals.
