With gradually maturing socialistic market economy system in our country, At the same time of the development of the economy , financial industry also achieve unprecedented development. The financial reform turns continuously and deeply , state-owned commerical bank is developing to independent management , self-burdened profit and loss , self-restriction , self-balance and self-development . Profit has been became the objective of commerical bank . Account takes more important effect on management of commerical bank . Along with the development of economy , Accountant which is main account methed appears disadvantages day by day and can't complete some funtions such as intendance and analysis . So in this paper, Input-Output analysis theory and commerical bank combined to a new theory.We should know advantages of the new theory if we want to understand why Input-Output analysis theory can remedy the shortage of the accountant of commerical bank we research the disadvantage of accountant and Input-Output chart carefully to expound the advantages of Input-Output analysis theory of commerical bank .
