China's Government Practical Ways To Improve The Urban Pension Insurance System

Pension issue is a matter of great concern to our government. Currently, researchon the subject, academics learn from social security, economics perspective, fresh fromthe perspective of administration of a system of old-age insurance system for urbananalysis. Based on this situation, this paper presents a practical way to improve theurban social security system, the levels of the administration. This is because not onlyimprove endowment insurance system for urban managament as an important social andpublic affairs activities, is an urgent nccd to address the issue, but because of its sizeand effect implementation, direct reflection of social stability and the government'sability to manage public affairs, to provide programs for how to solve this issue hasimportant practical significance.This paper discussed three main parts, including the coverage of old-age insurancesystem for urban issues, increasing the value of pension funds and individual accountsto fund the shortfall in resolving the problem. These three issues in this writer sees is theneed to be tackled first.First, the coverage of old-age insurance system for urban areas, the schooladministration based on the theory of this paper, comprehensive use of administration,sociology, demography, economics knowledge, the analysis of the theoretical level. Forexample, The Chinese government clearly provides various enterprise workers andurban self-employed workers are workers and the pension insurance system for urbanenterprise application Fan Wai, but the reality is there are still unable to enjoyendowment insurance temporary phenomenon.
