Changsha The Xinyu Real Estate Group, The Company's Core Competitiveness Study

The study of core competence of Real Estate field is a new topic. The thesis evaluates and analyses the core competence of Changsha XinYu Real Estate Incorporated Company. First of all, the thesis reviews the relevant theories about company's core competence. Secondly, it analyses the characteristics of Chinese Real Estate field and the status quo of real estate companies. Thirdly, the "value-chain-analysis" is applied to decomposing and analyzing the procedure of value-making of Changsha XinYu Real Estate Incorporated Company. By doing that, the thesis tries to define the constitutive factors of core competence, then accordingly to work out a value index system of Changsha XinYu Real Estate Incorporated Company. According to the data gained from the quantitative evaluation of questionnaires, interviews, BEI and Delphi, the core competence is amprehonsively analyzed and evaluated in quantitative and qualitative ways. Finally, the thesis presents the method of enhancing the core comtetence of company.The valuation methods in analyzing the core competence in this thesis provide a reference to the analysis of other real estate companies.
