Affect U.s. Regional Investment Location Factors And Investment Environment Evaluation

The study focuses on the determinant factors that affect United States foreign direct investment in China and appraising the investment environment and further proposing possible solution to its improvement.At first, on the evaluation indicator system, By analyzing the characteristics of American direct investment in China and examining its motives of entry into Mainland China, this paper has educed the determinant factors of American direct investment in China, based on this, established the unique evaluation indicator system; Next, using the data from the year of 2000 to 2004, this paper realized a dynamic evaluation approach.This study observes that the investment environment of western areas is much weaker than the middle and eastern areas, while the gap between them is changing ,within a small extent .At last, the empirical result in chapter 5 shows a positive Correlation between evaluation results and the investment amount, which indicate the evaluation system is relatively realistic valuable.
