Women are the half of the social population's constitutor and the important main body ofthe labor market. As an outstanding social problem at present, the sex discrimination inemployment is not adapt to our times requirement that constructing a harmonious societymore and more. To laborers, it means they can't full play their ability, it will not only causethe waste of capital investment of manpower, but also have suspicion on notarization; Toemploying units, it is no only unfavorable to choose the really suitable talents, but alsounfavorable to set up a nicer market image; To society, it not only interferes with the normalflow of the capital of manpower, hinder the reasonable disposition of the human resources,but also destroys the fair environment of the careers market, twist the normal behavior ofcapital investment of manpower, this certainly will cause the enormous wasting of capital ofmanpower and the reduction of the level of social total welfare, reflect the society's inequityat the same time.This paper regards entry employment as the breakthrough point, analyzes therepresentation, influence factors and harmfulness of the sex discrimination of labor market inour country through the methods of literature analysis and demonstration analysis, then putsforward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper has seven parts: Chapter one is the introduction, recommending the reason oftitle selection, research meaning, research approach and structure arrangement, theninterpreting and defining the relevant concepts; Chapter two is the retrospect of literature.The sex discrimination of labor market is a world question, the scholars of various countriescarry on certain research, this chapter does a comparatively systematic summary to thedomestic and international research overview about the sexism of labor market up until now;In chapter three and four, it analyzes the behavior of the sex discrimination through themethods of literature analysis and demonstration analysis, points out that there is still serioussex discrimination of labor marker in our country; Chapter five, it analyzes the harmfulnessof the sex discrimination from the aspects of women, men and our total society, points out that sex discrimination of labor market as a social problem is not only unfavorable to womenbut also unfavorable to men and our whole society; Chapter six is the reason analysis andcountermeasure discussion, it firstly analyzes the root which the sex discrimination of labormarket in our country produces from the aspects of culture, economy, law, and system; then itproposes some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the sex discrimination problem ofemployment combine the reality of our country and solution of the western developedcountry on the basis of deeply discussing and analyzing the reasons; The last chapter is thepostscript of this paper, while carries on the summary statement to the full text, it points outdeficiency which exists in the research and carries on the forecast to the future research.
