With now high-tech industry rapidly growing in china, it impels a group of the coreemployees who control technique and business secret to grow quickly, thus becoming anew labor relation named the employee-centered labor relation. At the same time, theaffairs that the flow of the core employees of enterprises causes economic benefits of theenterprises damaged are taking place again and again, so it causes the widespreadconcern of the economic educational circles and management educational circles. Basedon the labor relation theories that relate to the employee-centered labor relation, firstly,aiming at the controversy of stability of the employee-centered labor relation which theflow of the core employees, the dissertation builds up a game model, in order to launch afurther research which enhancing exterior stipulation can stabilize the new labor relationor not. The research expresses that just under circumstance of the lower social reputationlevel the Non-Competition which is protected enterprise secret can't availably make upthe loss which the flow of the core employees caused, is this, the stability of theemployee-centered labor relation which only depends on laboring contract to support isfar not enough. Secondly combining the adjustment method of stability of theemployee-centered labor relation and moderateness mechanism and early-warningmechanism, the dissertation puts forward maneuverable proposals which set up the stableemployee-centered labor relation. The dissertation thinks that combining general methodof core employees manage, combining the laboring contract and psychological contracttogether, effectively using of the tripartite compatibility mechanism, and theestablishment of early-warning mechanism with perfect are important factors to insurethe stability of employee-centered labor relation. These are also the key that improves themanagement of employee-centered labor relation.
