Labor is an important foundation of human existence and socialdevelopment,The resulting labor relations are also the most basic, themost important relationship in social and economic life.Labor relationsproblem not only involves the interests of every worker and enterprisedevelopment, but also have a major impact on national economicconstruction and social stability.Since the reform and opening up, China’seconomic development has made remarkable achievements.Laborrelations has also been an unprecedented development, but there are somenew issues.How to correctly understand the characteristics of the new eraof labor relations,how to study labor relations problems at this stage andto propose effective measures,which is a crucial role to Harmonious laborrelations and the construction of harmonious society.Marx’s labor relations theory is an important part of Marxist theory,it is the core of Marxist political economy.From a differentperspective,Marx make a detailed research and exposition on the natureand characteristics of the capitalist labor relations, source of laborconflicts,solutions and other aspects of it. At the same time,Mars make ascientific foresight and Imagination about socialist labor relations.All ofthem provide an important theoretical basis for the analysis and study ofChina’s Primary stage of socialism labor relations.This paper reviewsthe ideas and theories of Marx’s labor relations,and make a detailed comparison with the Western bourgeois labor relations theory, andsummarized, summed up the party’s theoretical ideas on labor relationsand related policies and regulations.On this basis, the paper make asystematic exposition on the practical value of Marx’s labor relations andcontemporary development.Enriching Marx’s labor relations theory andCombining with the concrete realities of China’s labor relations,this paperattempts to build a theoretical framework to analyze the labor relations.China is a socialist country, labor relations and labor relations of thecapitalist countries are essentially different.Meanwhile, China is still inthe primary stage of socialism, which determines the basic socialisteconomic system of diverse forms of ownership to public ownership isdominant and common development.which also determine the laborrelations of enterprises of different ownership have differentcharacteristics and problems under China’s socialist market economyenvironment.Therefore, this paper studies the current situation of China’slabor relations in enterprises,from the characteristics of labor relations inenterprises under different ownership, problems and theirmanifestations,using perspective of Marxism to make a depth, specificdescription about Labor relations in enterprises in China.To in-depth study the labor relations of enterprises of differentownership in China, it si also very necessary to combined with the newfeatures and new problems of labor relations in China.Therefore, on the basis of labor relations in Marxist theory, the paper,combined with thenew era policies and regulations, propose suggestions to build aharmonious labor relations, through deep studying from the institutionallevel, the level of consciousness, the legal level, the government’smacro-regulation and trade unions.
