Influence factors of job burnout were divided into stituational factor, orgnizatonalfactor and individual factor in general.Transformational leadership style is one of thefactors of orgnizatonal factors. Therefore, this research was disigned to find out therelationships between the transformational leadership and job burnout, and then to providesome scientific gist for improving the job burnout performance.Small and medium enterprises of Shandong Province is used for objective of thisresearch. Then we analyzed the data through SPSS 14.0 and AMOS5.0.The main analyticalmethods include factor analysis,ANOVA,multiple regession, SEM and so on.Firstly, through the significance difference reaserch of individual variant to thetransformational leadership and job burnout, the main conclusions are drawn as follows:The sex only has the significant difference in individualized consideration, exhaustionand cynicism; the marital status only has the significant difference in charisma influence,inspirational motivation, exhaustion and cynicism; the education level only has thesignificant difference in inspirational motivation, virtue demonstration, exhaustion andinefficacy; the time of work together has the significant difference in every dimensions oftransformational leadership and job burnout.Then, through the influence reaserch of transformational leadership's dimensions andjob burnout's dimensions,the main conclusions are drawn as follows:The transformational leadership has the significant and negative influence in jobburnout. The transformational leadership only has the significant and negative influence inexhaustion and cynicism. The inspirational motivation virtue and individualizedconsideration has the significant and negative influence in job burnout.The charismainfluence has the significant and positive influence in exhaustion and the significant andnegative influence in inefficacy. The inspirational motivation only has the significant andnegative influence in exhaustion and cynicism. The virtue demonstration only has thesignificant and negative influence in exhaustion and cynicism.The individualizedconsideration only has the significant and negative influence in exhaustion and cynicism.Finally, we give some managerial suggestions to the companies on how to usetransformational leadership and how to make service recovery for improving job burnout.
