With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of the complexity of the work, employees suffer frome heavier work pressure. The staff s job burnout phenomenon is more and more serious, has become the problem that can’t be ignored in today’s society. For the study of job burnout, domestic and foreign scholars have made many substantial results, but throughout the previous researches are mostly for teachers, nurses or mental health practitioners and other engaged in educational, medical, and services in the field of population as the research object and from the point of view of the domestic research results, the object of study mostly concentrated in the state-owned enterprises or small and medium enterprises. In addition, from the relationship between self-efficacy and job burnout, most of them are developed countries as the research background, the domestic research on the relationship between the two is relatively small.Therefore, this paper will transformational leadership as a moderator variable, with Korea enterprise employees in China as the research object to study the transformational leadership on employee self-efficacy and moderating effect on the relationship between job burnout. In this paper, the translation by Chaoping, Shi Kan revised Job Burnout Questionnaire (MBI-GS), Maslach by Spretizer development of psychological empowerment scale of self-efficacy subscales and Chaoping, Shi Kan preparation of Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (TLQ) of South Korean enterprises in China employees with a questionnaire. Will recover and organize data by SPSS22.0 statistical software in order for the validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and variance of analysis, obtained the following results:(1) employee self-efficacy negative to the three dimensions of job burnout, emotional consumption exhaustion, cynicism and achievement feeling depressed. (2) Transformational Leadership on employee self-efficacy sense and the dimension of emotional exhaustion of job burnout has a moderating effect; transformational leadership virtue dimension and personalized care dimension on self efficacy sense and job burnout in the emotional exhaustion dimension has a regulatory role. (3) there was no significant difference in the marital status and age between self efficacy and job burnout, and there were some differences in gender, education level and working life.Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some related suggestions, limitations and future research directions.
