With the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,more enterprises showed a rising trend of mergers and acquisitions.In the process of mergers and acquisitions,the integration of human resources is important for the successful mergers and acquisitions.The result of human resources integration is one of the main causes of failure inmergers and acquisitions.Therefore,the integration of human resources in the process of mergers and acquisitions is of great significance.The focus of this thesis is to discuss how to achieve the effective integration of human resources in mergers and acquisitions.Based on the combination of the qualitative research and the quantitative research,the combination of the theory and the practice,according to the principle of human resources integration,the thesis has the M company as the research background.Research from the main logical line" study theories-analysis the mergers and acquisitions background-analysis the actual problems-formulate the integration of human resources in mergers and acquisitions strategies-evaluate the effect of the integration of human resources in mergers and acquisitions".First of all,starting from the actualproblems,The integration of human resources in mergers and acquisitions brings about many problems,including:theneglect of the culture integration,the neglect of the human resources integration,the conflict in the management institution,the turnover of the staff in the D company,and the reasonable downsizing and resettlement of the staff in the D company.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the problems of the human resources integration in mergers and acquisitions,we set up the project groupof human resources integration,investigate to avoid the integration risks,complete the human resources system integration and carry out the human resources integration.Finally,evaluate the effect of the human resources integration in mergers and acquisitionsfrom the staff evaluation and the enterprise evaluation,and then determine the effect of the human resources integration in mergers and acquisitions.The research of thethesisis meant to provide some references for similar enterprises in China.Meanwhilethe thesis would become an operation model to the practices of the human resources integration in mergers and acquisitions.
