In the recent period, computer science had been greatly advanced, internet and web were rapidly developed and more popularly used. Globalization is the present tendency of company management and development. All of those make Chinese companies face challenges in administration and organization. Improving of market's environment and growing of economy bring more opportunities and cut-throat competitions. Human resource management is being the most critical factor. Companies pay more and more attentions on HRM(Human Resource Management) for obtaining competitiveness and competitive advantage.The communication is becoming more and more convenient and unrestricted because of the fall of the computer device's cost and advancement of software and hardware. The information technologies of HRM have been constantly innovating with improving of computer science. Today the HRMS(Human Resource Management System) is coming into an intelligent network system. The e-HR(Electronic-Human Resource)is an new convenient and intelligent information solution working on internet and/or intranet.In life insurance business, agents determine companies'existence and existence. Life insurance had been greatly developed in the latest decade. The number of agents and premium has been increasing fast. But the management and organization system of agent are imperfect and outdated such as agent's training, qualification and indictment. How to manage agents effective is the most emphasized issue of every insurance company.This thesis is formed with five chapters. The first chapter is the summary of human management and e-HR. The second chapter describes the present situation of TK life insurance CO., LTD and agent management. The third chapter is the contents of e-HR project of TK life insurance CO., LTD. The fourth chapter is the essential reformation in organization and process with the practicing of e-HR project. The last chapter analyzes the effect and problem of e-HR system. The settlement methods and advice on next processing of e-HR project are also brought out in last chapter.This thesis is based on the fact of TK life insurance CO., LTD. The author has been participated in the e-HR project and has many experiences on agent management from actual work. Through the practice demonstration on e-HR project, the author indicates the weakness and reformation means on agent HRM. Considering with the actual achievements and problems, the next implementing strategy of e-HR project is discussed in the thesis. Through this thesis the author try hard to find the best solution of insurance agent HRMS so that the company gains the more competitive advantage.
