In modern soceity, global economy accelerates corporation's demands of the talent competition. More and more corporations realize that the key to competion is talents under the conditions of competition. With the rapid development of the insurance industry, competitors are getting much more. Therefore, how to attract talents, retain and employ people becomes the desiderate problem of China Life Insurance Company Limited Huizhou Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Huizhou Branch).Human resource has been one part of the strategic management and seriously regarded in the era of knowledge-basde economy. In this paper, through the analysis of brain drain, structural defect personnel and low utilization status with the Huizhou Branch,it explores the deep-rooted reasons that the company did not conduct a scientific and effective human resources strategic planning. For these reasons,a study of Human Resource Strategy of the Huizhou Branch is given in the article. It focues on exploration in three areas: First, the summary of human resources and human capital theories;Second, the relationship between corporate strategy and human resource strategy. Third,the present situation and the countermeasures of the Huizhou Branch China Life.The full text of the overall framework from the point of view, this article is constituted of the introduction and the body. In the body there are 4 parts: First, the paper summarzes the theories of human resource and human capital. Second it analyses the relationship between life insurance corporation and human resource strategy. Next comes the Human Resource status and problems of the Huizhou Branch.The last part is Human Resource stategy of the Huizhou Branch.On the basis of the summary of the theory and the advanced experience at home and abroad, the paper integrates with the Huizhou of practical experience, the structure of diverse talents, organizational change, career planning and investment in human capital, targetlly to propose a solution to Huizhou Branch human resource strategic planning.
