HR management system has several sub-systems included such as job analysis, job evaluation, recruiting and selecting personnel, education and training, performance appraisal, employee compensation design, career planning and development, etc. Among those sub-systems in a HR management system, job analysis sub-system is one of the most important ones because it is the base sub-system of a HR management system and it has some key features in a HR management system. By using job analysis, an organization can collect, construct and analyze information about different positions. The information will be used by HR management for decision-making. Also, the information will ensure the current decision of HR management and help the organization to achieve its business goal. Hence, constructing a good job analysis sub-system will be the first important task in HR management architecture.Based on the principles of HR job analysis, the thesis analyzes and diagnoses the open issues of MS centre branch HR management. After that, the thesis designs and implements a plan of HR job analysis by using related theories of job analysis. Also, this research thesis concludes a complete set of job specifications,which help to use the outcomes of job analysis to achieve some notable management goals.The first part of the thesis introduces some concepts of the theories of working analysis,such as the source and development of job analysis, basic conception and technical terms, mode and process, method, principle,result, the relationship of other HR management functions, to provide theory foundation for applying job analysis on MS centre branch . The second part analyzes and diagnoses the open issues of MS centre branch HR management and explains why HR working analysis is necessary for MS centre branch. The contents of the third part are based on the first two parts. The outcomes of this part is a complete set of job specifications which are conducted from current status of MS centre branch HR management and the results of design and implementation for MS centre branch HR working analysis. The last part of thesis concludes the benefits and defects of this research project.
