This thesis makes study and analysis on the management status of the LX Stock Co., Ltd. The author collects and analyzes the working information and market data of this company in the recent years and points out the existing problems and coursing reasons. On studying the strength and weakness, the author brings forward the strategies to this company combining the industry characteristics they are sitting.The strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats of LX Stock Co., Ltd in the activity of marketing are discovered with the method of SWOT. The marketing System of LX Stock Co., Ltd is re-planed with the method of descriptive statistics and Relationship marketing.As the result, this thesis expounds the background of choosing theme, research method, and basic way of thinking and main contributions. Then the chemical fertilizer marketing environment of the whole country and Shantung province is analyzed. The LX Company's marketing problems of the present condition and puts up the reasons are discussed. Base on this paper brings forward the products segmentation and target market positioning, and constitutes 324 marketing mode, sales troops management and collaborate hiving strategy. Finally this paper advances several suggestions on implementing the marketing strategies that the company should change its mind to build the product brand, boost the customers' degree of perception and build the harmony inside by using conformity marketing mind and ways. Each strategy try to stick to match the corporation practicality and make the strategy is pertinent and maneuverable, as well as, make use of the new marketing theories and means, to envoy the strategies scientific and prospective. The paper strives to put forth efforts for the company getting rid of puzzle domes at the demonstration angle. And the paper gives others state owned enterprises an example and reference.
