Human Capital Structure And The Mechanism Of The Industrial Structure Interaction Analysis

In the knowledge economy time, the human capital more and more became the source of economic growth, and the low-quality of labor force has become one of the most primary factors which restrict our country's economic growth. According to the "eleventh five year" plan, our country will implement the scientific development view and change the extensive economic growth style to intensive, and the readjustment of the economic structure is the main policy. The change of economic growth style is a process which advances gradually. From the view of production factors, it is the transformation of conventional production factors to the human capital; from the view of industrial structure change, it is the transformation of labor-intensive industry to technology-intensive industry, and the process of rationalization and high-quality of industrial structure. In view of the industrial structure evolution worldwide and characteristic of the industrial structure in China at present, thisresearch focused on the interaction of human capital structure and the industrial structure readjustment of China, and systematically elaborated the human capital structure and the industrial structure change theory respectively, and analyzed the interaction mechanism of human capital structure and industrial structure. And the author has discussed the way of optimizing human capital structure, improving human capital stock and reasonably distributing human capital, which will accelerate the readjustment of industrial structure.
