Tax Policy To Promote The Intensification Of Industrial Production

Industry is the predominance of national economy, the development level of industry decides the economy of the country .But the development level of industry is high or low decided by the degree of intensive production in industry. Currently, the degree of our country is lower, such as the lower efficiency of resource using, the severe environment pollution, the deficiency competition of industrial product .For the sake of realization of industrial economy healthy development and sustained development strategy; we must accelerate the degree of intensive production in industry.In 1997, the National Economic and Trade Committee promulgated《"the ninth five-year plan" business enterprises management outline》, among it discussed the intensive management in enterprise, pointed out:" The effective combination of technology progress and management progress is the basic way to carry out the intensive management in enterprise". This thesis considers the improvement of management providing system guarantee for the realization of intensive management in enterprise, and technique progress should be the core and key of it, meanwhile, deepening the results of intensive management in enterprise with optimizing the structure of enterprise's size. This thesis, focus on the influence of tax policy for the intensive production in industry, try to give suggestions for the problem of promoting intensive production in industry .Main contents are as follows:The first part is the generally analysis for the intensive production in industry. Concretely discuss the inevitability of the intensive production in industry, give the reference index sign of intensive production in industry, and analyze the present condition of intensive production in industry of our country.The second part is about the influence of tax policy for the intensive production in industry. Concretely discuss the three factors: technology progress, management progress, structure of enterprise's size, and analyze how tax policy to influence these factors.The third part is the concretely analysis on the advantage and disadvantage of tax policy for intensive production in industry.The fourth part is the suggestion of tax policy for promoting intensive production in industry. According to the problems at present, put forward the policy suggestion and carry out the purpose of this thesis.
