With the complex of the market competitive environment day by day, this requests top managers to have widespread area of the knowledge connotation and the extension. The knowledge of the single top manager cannot guarantee he(she) completes the complex task of the operating course. They often need to carry on the highly effective operation by team's way to meet the need of the intense market competition.The existing theory on enterprise top management team only concentrates in the character and course of top management with the relations of team achievements. They lack a systemic analysis framework. In addition, the majority of the study is according to the general analysis of the Western management science, lacking the explorative question, specifically the dynamic analysis of operation.Beginning with operational system of the enterprise top management team, this paper thinks the integration of the top management team is a dynamic course. By the view of "HeXie" management theory, this paper thinks harmony integration is both recognition of the harmony theme, and the construction of the mechanism of harmony integration.Firstly, this paper analyses the problem of integration of enterprise top management team in my country, introduces the existing solution and demonstrates the deficiency. Then we put forward the harmony integration of enterprise top management team and distinguish the restrictive factors. Secondly, this paper embarks from the system analysis angle, referring to "HeXie" management theory analysis frame, and constructed the framework of harmony integration scheme of enterprise top management team. Then it particularly analyses every step of the framework of scheme. Thirdly, this paper studies the evaluation of harmony integration effect. On the basis of the analysis of the harmony contents, this paper constructs the norm system of harmony contents evaluation and introduces the calculated method of harmony degree. Lastly, through case analysis on Five Star top management team, this paper explains how to apply this theory to the practice. At the same time, the case also proves the present value of this theory.
