Our country also begins to take this problem seriously since 90's, proposed one after another walks the sustainable development path, the science development view strategy devised, the goal also lies in the development economy, must walk the environment and the economy coordinated development pathThis article is for the purpose of take the Yanbian area as the analysis key, extracts the Yanbian nearly ten years environment and the economical system 25 targets to analysis, seeks the Yanbian environment and the economical coordinated development condition, the level and the tendency.The article first carries on the analysis and the narration to some present theories, summarizes if the society, the economy, the environment obtain the benefit maximization and the humanity develop, we must take the economical and the environment coordinated development path. Then introduced the appraisal method of whether the ecological environment and the economy develop coordinately, and proposes this article method with emphasis: on the basis of models coordinated degree, coordinated development level, the total coordinated development level trend index model is established, the situation of Environment-Economy system is evaluated.We obtain by the analysis result: Yanbian from 1996 to 2005 ten years period, the economy level of development assumes the tendency rising year by year, the environment condition fluctuation indeterminate; 1996-2004 Yanbian area continuously is in the economy lagging development, but because the present environment development is obviously lower than the economical development, in 2005, Yanbian has been in the environment lagging development, and this tendency also can continue; Economical and environment coordination degree is good, but coordinated development is lower, that is Yanbian area environment-economical coordination is a kind of lower level coordination; So, Yanbian environment and economy all need a better development, strengthen to protect Yanbian's ecological environment and the resources, let the ecosystem and the economical system coordinate development.Finally, in view of Yanbian the current situation and existing problems, the paper from three aspects which developing circulation economy, eco-industries and the establishment of sustainable consumption patterns to present proposals, make Yanbian economy and ecological environment coordinated better.
