A Study On The Coordinated Development Of Economic Society And Ecological Environment In The Tumen River Region

According to the eighteenth national congress of Chinese Communist party in2012, promoting ecological civilization construction was came up with to fitecological civilization concept in the economic construction. Under the new normalenvironment, facing the tightening constraints resource and increasing seriousenvironmental pollution of China, the coordinated development of regional economicsociety and resources environment has become an important path of ecologicalcivilization construction. With the Tumenriver area as the research object, this articlewas based on the ecological economy theory, and analyzed the current situation of thecoordinated development of the Tumen river area’s economic society and ecologicalenvironment. According to the model of coupled coordination development degree, itestablished the Tumen river area’s coordinated development evaluation model of theeconomic society and ecological environment. Then, evaluate the level of economicsociety and ecological environment coordinated development of Tumen river area. Byanalyzing the sensitivity of the influencing factors of ecological economy, it identifiedthe main influencing factors of economic society and ecological environmentcoordinated development of Tumen river area. Thus find the sustainable developmentpath of Tumen river area. The results showed that in2012the economic society andecological environment coordinated development index level of Tumen river regionwas0.5949, it within the barely coordination development level. It primarily realizedthe coordinated development of economic society and ecological environment. Theeconomic society and ecological environment coordinated development degrees ofYanji, Tumen, Longjing and Huichun are0.5613,0.6088,0.5783and0.5525respectively. Tumen reaches the primary coordination development level;YanjiLongjing and Huichun only within the barely coordination developmentlevel.Results also showed that in recent years, the trend of Tumen river area’seconomic society and ecological environment coordinated development level wereincreasing continuously. From2002to2006, the economic society and ecologicalenvironment coordinated development level of Tumen river area were at the brink ofmaladjusted recession levels. From2007, it reached barely coordinated developmentlevel and raising year by year, the overall index from0.3714in2002to0.5949in2012. Under the plus or minus10%rate, the impact on the ecological economydevelopment degree in economic and social system, tertiary industry proportion andpopulation are the major factors. In ecological environment system, the maininfluence indexes of coupled coordination development degree including total waterresources, wastewater emissions, applying quantity of chemical fertilizer, forest area,sulfur dioxide emissions and total amount of completed investment to environmentalpollution of the current year. We should keep promoting the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure, promoting the balanced development of the population,developing ecological sustainable utilization of resources and strengtheningenvironmental regulation. And finally, achieve the coordinated development ofregional economic society and environmental protection.
