Organizational Social Capital, Organizational Commitment And Turnover Intention

Firstly this dissertation introduces the concept and the correlation research oforganizational social capital, Chinese culture behavior orientation, turnover intention andorganizational commitment.Secondly Because there are the massive literature to demonstrate: The organizationalcommitment and turnover is the inverse correlation. So this text has probed into thefollowing problems through the theory: social capital influences turnover intentionthrough organizational commitment, namely in under the Chinese culture influence, theorganizational social capital has promoted the level of organizational commitment, thehigh level of organizational commitment reduces the staffs turnover intention.Thirdly Referring to the existing foreign questionnaire, this article studies on thecorrelation of the organizational social capital, Chinese culture behavior orientation andorganizational commitment with the statistics principle and method which are correlationanalysis, ANOVA, structural equation and so on. The article gives the result: (1)OSC(organizational social capital) and the OC (organizational commitment) is connected;OSC and the turnover intention is inverse-connencted (2) the Chinese culture behaviororientation (CUL) and the OC is connected; the CUL and the turnover intention isinverse-connencted (3) the CUL and OSC is connected(4) OSC is mediator, it isintermediary function between CUL and OC.Last but not least, the article agrees that enterprise should highlight the role of socialcapital. Enterprise should increase the investment on social capital, cultivate socialcapital and decrease turnover intention.
