Study Of Construction Quality Management Of Construction Projects

Building industry is the pillar of the national economy. Quality management,, the keyto engineering construction management and the core of it, is the main sector ofstrengthening the competitive power of our national building industry. After the entrance ofW.T.O., our country is confronted with unprecedented opportunity and challenge. Atpresent, promoting the level of quality management is the important problem demandingprompt solution. This paper takes the construction item of some police hall as an exampleand tightly grasps the major elements and vital sectors, which influence constructionquality management. In strict accordance with the features of architectural construction andbased on ISO9000 standard, the paper conduct research by using all kinds of method, suchas cause analysis and analytical hierarchy process(AHP) method. From main sectors ofquality management, such as quality target, quality project, quality guarantee and qualitycontrol, this paper systematically, analyses the building quality management of theconstruction item. The research of this paper can be used for reference and guidance inquality management of building industry.
