The Research On The Business Process Improvement Based On Simulation Technology With A System Developing Project Of Microsoft As An Example

In recent years,the computer simulation software has been developed and become more easy to use by the normal operates.The popularity of the software is also greatly improved.In the enterprise business process improvement(BPI)theory,business process simulation is an efficient and scientific application method.Through the framework design,time setting and parameters setting,software can simulates the entire business process production environment and operating conditions.By dynamically observing the operation of the business activities and comprehensively analyzing the output parameters of the model,managers or researchers can obtain the visual,reliable and detailed information.Compared with previous methods,such as survey evaluation and mathematical measurement,process simulation provide convincing support for qualitative and quantitative analysis.It is an ideal tool for enterprise business process improvement.This paper selects a system development project team in Microsoft China as the research object and uses the FLEXSIM simulation software to build a worksheet handling model for the project team.Before the model establishment,the first procedure is the research object's production and operation background investigation.Then,checking whether the model fit the actual producing situation.After finishing the basic steps,it is time to combine with the business process improvement theory and management experience to provide project optimization blue print.and then use the software technology step by step to verify the effectiveness of the optimization.And then use the simulation technology to verify the effectiveness of the optimization step by step.Overall,based on the FLEXSIM simulation software,this paper is carry out qualitative and quantitative optimization design for the business process.
