As an indispensable part of the logistics system, storage occupies a very important position in the process of the whole operation. ZZ company’s warehouse is the storage center for small and medium enterprises, which is mainly responsible for storage, management, and packaging materials in the storage. However, the warehouse operation efficiency is so low that directly drop the operation performance of ZZ company. Therefore, it is urgently and necessory to study the In-Out process of ZZ company to make a targeted optimization and improvement, and finally improve performance of this warehouse.Based on the logistics simulation tool Flexsim, this article takes ZZ enterprise as research object. The IN-OUT procedure details of this storage was analyzed and simulated in Flexsim. This paper thesis the key process of data fitting process in which physical parameters was set under the help of EasyFit tools. The successful combination of EasyFit and Flexsim promotes the accuracy and scientific of the fitting process. By comparing the actual situation with simulation result of the warehouse’s operation, where the problem is was found. The In-Out procedure was optimized after many times simulation with updated parameters and also the result was compared and analyzed in Fig.ures and sheets, which provide a targeted propose and instruction to improve and optimize ZZ company’s storage operation.
