Optimization, Logistics And Transport Organization Based On Scor And Extend

With the development of the logistics industry, increasingly highlight the importance of optimizing the logistics and transport. According to the absence of systematism existing in optimizing the current logistics and transport organization, logistic and transport system can be established by conforming different elements of the system and options of transportation program can be made by comprehensive consideration of the multi-task and performance index.This paper use SCOR, the advanced diagnostic tool for supply chain, to establish a transport and logistics system. The basic formulation process is constituted in the process level. In the process categories level, all transporting projects are in accordance with the different transport route, the mode of transport and the options of the carrier. In the activities level, three performance index as transport time, transport cost and transport service quality are algorithmized, meanwhile the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index is combined with the weight validation of the experts, so as to draw a comprehensive evaluation index of all kinds of transport program and optimize the transport system on the basis of it.This paper is based on SCOR, using the common object-oriented simulation software, EXTEND, to simulate the system on the computer. Since the EXTEND structure is relatively fixed, this paper remove the module out of the system by adjusting the parameters. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the system application in a changing system is verified by relative examples. Also, the paper adjust the parameters such as the mode of transport, the increment service of the carrier, and sensitivity analysis are performed to observe the impact and effort of the different elements on the system.The paper also establish the interface of the prototype system of the transport and logistics organizations optimization on the basis of VB. Data docking in both the input and output system is accomplished by directly calling EXTEND in performing the prototype using relative program code. After the simulation is done, the user is capable of exporting data into fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index. Combined with the weight verification of the experts, the comprehensive evaluation index of all kinds of the transport programs is performed to optimize the programs listed by the system.
