With the faster and faster development of the society, the economy, and the science and technology, the market competition has been becoming harder, and the pace of the environmental change for the corporations has become increasingly intense. Thus, the connatural shortcomings of the traditional organization structure emerged, and so did the two contraventions involved in the new environments: on the one hand, the traditional corporation is overstaffed and beef-witted, while the market competition is agile and rapidly reacting; on the other hand, the traditional business organization hinders innovation, while the knowledge economy requires wisdom exploition and continual innovation. Hence, to solve these contraventions, we design the marketing organization mode of container(MOMC).Considering the practical operations of the market, we suggest that the marketing organization should be flattened. Using the information technology and institutionalized management, we can broaden the management breadth. Also, with the power shifted downward, we can improve the adaptive faculty of the corporations in the market, and better the employees' enthusiasm. This way, we can make full use of the predominance of every segment in the whole marketing chain, and enable every segment to do whatever they are good at. The headquarters concentrate on the major issues, such as strategy, while the affiliated agencies can go all out to deal with the marketing problem.As for the organization structure, it is to flatten the organization according to the environmental changes, so as to increase the efficiency. As for the division of work, it is to divide various works concretely. According to the distance between customers and the environment, we can divide the work as normalizable work and unnormalizable work. Regarding the normalizable work, we can implement institutionalizated management or business process management(BPM) to increase the efficiency. As for the unormalizable work, to increase the efficiency, we can use elastic management. Before the adjustment of the organization model, the prime work motive power comes from the superiors, while after the adjustment, the power comes from the work itself.Ever since the reform and opening-up, many domestic companies have obtained full-grown development, and some well-known corporations and entrepreneurs emerged. Nevertheless, the authoritative foundation of those corporations is the transcendental capabilities and authority. Such feak power system will influence the coporations' far-reaching and stable development. With the marketing organization mode of container(MOMC), we try to set up a rational and impersonal organization system, which present a new train of thought on how to design marketing organizational structure.
