Work stress, perceived organizational support and job burnout which are the three very important organizational behavior factors impacting employee's work behavior. According to the survey of these three factors of property manager in Chinese property management corporations, we analyze the dimensions of the source of the property manager's work stress, perceived organizational support and the construction of job burnout. And then, by analyzing their relationship, we present some effective suggestions for the property manager's work behavior management.On the basis of the articles reading, we select some representative members working at the property management company in Peikin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Changsha and Shaoxin city as investigation sample, we collect the data of these three variables mentioned above paragraph by questionnaire. And we can make the following conclusions by statistically analyzing 120 effective questionnaires:①The main work stress of property managers come from the role ambiguity and role conflict, the work task itself, interpersonal relationship, home & work balance and individual factor. The perceived organizational support is constructed by the value identification and the work resource support, the higher authority support and the work-Participation, the organization humanities environment and the salary policy.②Generally property manager's working stress is a little more than moderate; the overall situation of property manager's experience on organization supports is ordinary, above the middle level; Property manager's overall job burnout is not high.③Work stress, perceived organizational support and job burnout of property managers have some differences in the personnel-concerned factors.④Work stress of property managers has significant negative correlation with perceived organizational support.⑤Work stress of property managers has significant positive correlation with job burnout.⑥Perceived organizational support of property managers has significant negative correlation with job burnout.⑦The role ambiguity and role conflict, interpersonal relationship in the work stress of property managers, the higher authority support and the work-Participation, the organization humanities environment and the salary policy of the perceived organizational support has better function of predicting on emotional exhaustion of the job burnout.⑧The role ambiguity and role conflict, interpersonal relationship, individual factor in the work stress of property managers, the value identification and the work resource support, the higher authority support and the work-Participation, the organization humanities environment and the salary policy of the perceived organizational support has better function of predicting on the depersonalization of job burnout.⑨The role ambiguity and role conflict, the work task itself, interpersonal relationship in the work stress of property managers, the value identification and the work resource support, the higher authority support and the work-Participation of the perceived organizational support has better function of predicting on the low sense of achievement in job burnout.⑩Perceived organizational support of property managers makes a certain intermediary effect between work stress and job burnout.
