The Project Schedule Management Based On Customer's Purchase Order

The project based on customer's purchase order means project activities should focus on the requirement of customer order, implement that order according to the signed contract. During this project implementation, the company should organize project team members, plan a reasonable project schedule, then offer the deserved product or service listed in contract. In order to search the compressible time period within project, leader may setup Buffer, optimize and balance resources, as well as planning a reasonable schedule sheet, monitoring the buffer management, and then meet customer's requirement via on-time finish project.Regarding to the profiles of project based on customer purchase order, this paper also explains the reason why the traditional method- Critical Path has been replaced by Critical Chain: to eliminate as more as possible factors delaying project schedule, such as resources conflict, human habit, psychology, etc.
