| Team performance management is facing challenging that it should bring forward cooperative and competitive working atmosphere without disturbing team members' cooperation so to maximize performance and realize team's and the organise's target. In this situation enterprise can't use the standardized tool mechanically and should develop new team performance management system that well fit team's individualized characteristics referring traditional performance management theory. So, we need the thory based on integration of team value to achieve our goal.The paper analyze three influence factors of the integration of team value model ,that is ,the input, the behavior and the output. By the analysis of the stackelberg game model, it calculate the ratio of performance and the contribution rate to carry out team work on the basis of two different style of performance management and it also proved that the integration of team value can improve the performance output which provides theoretical explanation for the organization form of R&D personnel's team work.At the same time, the value of integration team from the start, highlighted the value of integration and performance management qualities fitting team constructed three systems, namely: Goal measurement system, and results measurement system, conflict coordination system. It relates to conflict and process optimization, team also depend on the value of performance management analysis and critical control point and continued communication and improved performance, this module is the core of this paper.In the performance management system, the team used spss13.0 analysis of the performance evaluation indicators, and the team performance and the performance indicators of various dimensions of a sort, and has research and development team indicators to the decomposition of individual staff members indicators, using fuzzy AHP completed a personal performance evaluation.This paper mainly qualitative research, supplemented by a quantitative study, the quantitative research involved with this major decision-making related to software and programming support, and increased the feasibility study, a numerical computing, saving the time and energy loss, detached from the numerous and microeconomic data processing, can grasp at the macro data on the characteristics.Finally, from the perspective of Positive object, this paper completed a performance management system analysis and construction, systematic completed a research and development team and R&D staff Construction performance management system and process optimization.
