The knowledge transfer of the engineering project team in the construction enterprise refers to in order to solve the problems encountered by the recipients of the knowledge,or to further improve the work efficiency of the recipients,project managers share their explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,such as experience and skills,and communicate with other members of the team through communication or text transmission to achieve the knowledge transferred between team members.The knowledge transfer within the engineering project team is influenced by the relationships among the members of the team,and the relationship between the team members is closely related to the project manager's relational behavior.This paper combines the social learning theory and the social exchange theory,starting from the relational leadership behavior of engineering project managers,to study the intrinsic mechanism of relational leadership behavior,the relationship between team members and knowledge transfer behavior.First,this paper describes the background,significance and research methods of the research,and then introduces the domestic and foreign related literature of knowledge transfer and relational leadership.Then,based on the relevant theories in this paper,the definition and characteristics of the engineering project team,the definition and motivation of the knowledge transfer within the engineering project team are defined respectively.Based on social learning theory and social exchange theory,the project manager's influence in the engineering project team was analyzed theoretically.Based on the results of the analysis,a hypothetical model of "project manager's relationship leadership behavior?relationship within the team?knowledge transfer behavior" was constructed.Among them,independent variables mainly include caring behaviors,moral behaviors and inclusive behaviors.Mediating variables mainly include trust,transfer willingness and reciprocity,and dependent variables are knowledge transfer behaviors.Then,this paper selects the structural equation model as the research method.After designing the questionnaire,issuing and collecting data,the reliability and validity of the data are analyzed,and the assumptions proposed in this paper are tested and the test results are analyzed.According to the research conclusions of this article,this article proposes relevant suggestions for promoting the knowledge transfer behavior in the project team from the level of the construction firm and the mdividual level of the project manager.Finally,the paper analyzes the deficiencies in the research and puts forward suggestions for future research directions.
